The rooms have air conditioning and a balcony, our experience was really good.

The location was in a wonderful spot for our holiday. The room we had included climate control and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Balbi 34. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to the beach. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Breakfast in the cozy restaurant was delicious. The value for money was excellent, and I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Sarande.

The place is conveniently located near a bus station, various restaurants, the city center, and the main road, with air-conditioned rooms and friendly staff.

Newly furnished rooms that are charming, have AC, a comfy sofa bed, and a TV 🛋️.

The location is perfect with proximity to Agios Saranda, the air-conditioned double room was comfortable, and the service was excellent.

The location of this place is fantastic, just a 20-minute walk away from the bus station, there's a great restaurant with delicious food and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is situated in a prime location just steps away from the beach, making it very convenient for those who want to enjoy the sun and sand. It is also close to shops, restaurants, and bars, ensuring that there are plenty of options for entertainment and dining. The rooms are clean and tidy, with some offering stunning views of the sea. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and varied.

There can be some noise in the evening and at night due to nearby beach bars playing loud music.

Stayed at Villa Balbi 34 for a week while exploring the beautiful Albanian coast. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to the sea. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even bringing me cold water upon arrival. Plus, the 10% discount at the restaurant and included breakfast were great perks. excellent value for money.

The room at Villa Balbi 34 was simply amazing! It had a balcony with a stunning sea view that made me feel like I was living in a postcard. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping me cool and comfortable during my stay. And let's not forget about the view! It was absolutely breathtaking! As a business traveller, I needed a relaxing and inspiring place to unwind after a long day of work, and this room definitely delivered.

The only thing that I liked less about the room was the view. Now, don't get me wrong, the view was still beautiful, but I personally prefer a more countryside or mountain view.
